I got the ol’ scanner out and scanned a couple of things. And by ‘got out’ I mean ‘plugged in’. It’s always on my desk because I’m always scanning comics, but it takes up a huge amount of room and I’ve knocked it on the floor on more than one occasion. It’s really cheap and rubbish, it doesn’t scan straight, it chops bits off, the colours go psycho… but nevermind.

See it BIG. Nom nom nom. The concentration of good things in the article is high: Emmy, of Montreal, Wildbirds & Peacedrums, and Thomas’ chalk writing all get a mention. You can see my Emmy photo here.
Bandstand Busking with Slow Club and Theoretical Girl comic
See it BIG. I have tried to draw people reasonably accurately… but you must bear in mind my drawing skills are comparable to those of a child, and accuracy is therefore not my forte. I didn’t at all intend to draw a comic for yesterday but it was a lovely day so I thought it would be nice to have it in the book.
